This pilot study examined the impact of Quantum Upgrade intervention on mitochondrial function over a 120-day period, assessing energy metabolism, oxidative stress regulation, and cellular adaptation. The study tracked mitochondrial response through baseline measurements, a 7-day post-intervention assessment, a 30-day evaluation, and a final measurement at 120 days.

Study Design: Mitochondrial function was evaluated using cellular and metabolic assays, including mitochondrial respiration analysis, ATP synthesis measurements, reactive oxygen species (ROS) monitoring, and mitochondrial network imaging. The study analyzed shifts in glycolytic and oxidative metabolism, providing insight into mitochondrial adaptation over time.

Results: By 30 days, ATP synthesis rates and mitochondrial efficiency showed signs of recovery, with glycolytic ATP production normalizing and oxidative energy metabolism improving. By 120 days, trends indicated reduced non-mitochondrial respiration, decreased ROS levels, and improved mitochondrial network stability, suggesting enhanced cellular resilience and metabolic efficiency.

These findings suggest that Quantum Upgrade intervention may support mitochondrial adaptation and cellular balance over time, with potential implications for optimizing energy metabolism and oxidative stress regulation.
